This property is absolutely stunning, and makes you feel right at home. It’s in a nice quiet area of Naperville and the clubhouse has everything you could need on a day to day basis. The office staff is kind and extremely helpful, and the maintenance team is very efficient and punctual.

This is a review. We were there the other weekend looking at the apartment for what was best suited for us, liked what we saw but not exactly what we wanted. I want to specifically talk about the very gracious and knowledgeable not commonly seen and experienced assistance and service your consultant Maura gave to us. My God, she was gracious and friendly from the beginning to the end and even in the follow-up calls, and was always willing and ready to help. River Run Apartment Management has an asset in Maura. I have lived at River Run for 6 months now and it has been a positive experience since day one! I worked with Paige when I came to tour, and she made the whole process from visiting to signing my lease a breeze! There were a few issues with my unit when I first moved in, but the leasing staff was on top of it right away and they were able to work around my schedule to make sure someone was home before entering my unit since I have pets. Marco and his maintenance team are excellent and take care of work orders in a timely manner. They are extremely helpful when I have questions about my appliances and make sure everything is working properly before leaving a job. I was worried about potential noise levels, but there is minimal to no noise through the walls. Sure, if neighbors are moving large furniture or nailing things to the walls I can hear it, but this doesn’t happen often and has never been a major disturbance. My cat absolutely loves visiting the leasing office and the staff treat him like he’s part of the family. Jocelyn and Maura are always a delight and work hard to make residents feel welcomed and at home. Between the location, high-quality units, and 5-star staff, it’s no wonder my neighbors have lived here for 8 years and counting!

Under 2 weeks at River Run Apartments and hands down I have had the best experience with this property. It started about a month ago with a great call with Paige followed by me stopping at the property as a dreaded late walk-in. Jocelyn was so fantastic sharing all 3-bedroom floorplans and she showed me the Jasmine and Acacia models. I fell for the Willow with the attached garage off pictures alone. The application process was fast and easy largely due to Jocelyn and Paige. When I enter the leasing office/clubhouse, I feel like I'm a VIP tenant. LBVS. Additionally, I liked the property so much with the help of Maura my son is now a 2 minute walk away in his new apartment at River Run. This apartment and the community of people helps me call River Run my new home. Lastly, thank you Olivia for giving me your input as a long-time tenant. You were so gracious to answer questions of a random future resident while you relaxed on your patio and for that I am very grateful. River Run is the best for overall value in Naperville and the staff is amazing.

Edited May 14: I have to leave another review telling everyone how happy I am living here! Both maintenance and the front office staff always responds so quickly. A bird was caught in my dryer vent, I was freaking out, and they came so quickly to retrieve it!! Big, big shout out to Marco, Morgan and Ruben. You're always there when needed! We have been living here for a year and a half and absolutely love the community. The pool is a great place to socialize in the summer. During the winter we use the gym near daily. With the incredible office staff, responsive maintenance crew, and the BEST social events, this place is absolutely the place to live.

I didn't select River Run due to distance from my family. However, I wanted to say Paige was very kind and professional. The property is gorgeous! They have a yoga room and a regular gym with a stair master. River Run Apartments have ample community events and that's a great feature to have. This community is awesome. I am moving to a new unit because of the remodels, but they were patient with me until something came up that I could live with after the loss of my husband. We had a great time living in this home. We rented a corner unit on the ground level. The noise level from above is something you should consider when renting on the ground level. The staff is amazing! The property is well maintained. The service they give you from the time you move in to the time you move out and beyond is second to none and I have lived in a lot of apartments. Thank you for all that you have done for us! As a military family stationed no where near a base, housing is always a struggle. This community is top notch. We definitely are getting what we pay for here. Our kitchen and appliances are state of the art. Our bathrooms are beautiful. Our patio is quiet and facing a wooded area, great for grilling or just hanging out. When I call the office, the person answering the phone knows my name and what unit we live in. All of our maintenance requests are fulfilled within the same day and if they are not capable of doing so, a reasonable time period is given. I could not speak more highly of this community.

After over 15 years in Naperville, we didn't know this place existed. Our house sold fast so we needed a place to live while our high schooler finished school. We were pressed to find a place in a tight market and the team was very helpful in the search process. We had not been in an apt. for over 30 years so was a bit stressful overall, but they made it easy. Kara, Hannah, others were awesome in the initial steps, and still go out of their way always for the residents, really taking pride in making it a good community to live in. The place was immaculate when we arrived and everything has worked well. With some minor items that came up, the maintenance team addressed all requests literally within hours, usually same day. Steve is amazing leading that team. The residents here are respectful, friendly, and the place overall is pretty quiet. The trash/waste situation needs some work (I realize that is hard in a complex this large) and some landscape improvements seem necessary but this is a great place to live! I definitely would recommend it.

After touring many different apartment complexes in the area, River Run at Naperville was the last place I looked at. I fell in love! I wanted a townhouse feel and this is exactly what it is. The move in process was made to be super easy and the apartment fits all of my needs. Whenever maintence needs to be done (which does not happen often,) the maintenance team are done quickly. I LOVE the virtual workout gym where I can take a variety of different classes at any time of the day. Katelyn and Hannah are always in the office with welcoming faces. They are extremely helpful with any information I need and plan family-fun activities for everyone to attend.

I cannot imagine how anyone could review River Run with anything other than 4 or 5 stars. My wife and I have lived here since April and we are very happy with everything here. River Run is very pet friendly ( with a dog park) and the updated clubhouse is fantastic - with a huge and clean swimming pool, health club and WIFI lounge,. The staff is extremely friendly and they strive to be as helpful as possible.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with the new management staff and the new Property Manager Katelyn! She has been so incredibly helpful with all of my questions and requests regarding the new management changes. You can tell she really cares about the residents and continuing to improve River Run and most importantly the relationship between the residents and the staff. The maintenance technicians have been incredibly kind, helpful, and they have helped us with quite a few challenging work orders(some were emergency after hours requests and were taken care of in a very timely manner!) You can tell that the new staff takes such pride in putting the residents' needs first and it is such a refreshing change of pace. Overall, River Run has created an incredibly enjoyable living experience thus far for myself and my family. The amenities have only gotten better recently and there have been so many great new resident events to attend too. I would leave 10 stars if I could- we are looking forward to the rest of our time here! :)

Just moved to Naperville from WA state and I really like the apartment. We were able to get one of the recently remodeled units which was nice. My kids love the swimming pool which seems to be heated or the sun here is very strong because that water feels warm. This is apartment living, so things happen and your unit has been lived in. It's our perfect home for a few months until our new house is finally built. Thanks Ashley for your help :)

The only complaints that I have heard at all are about noise (I specifically and carefully chose a top floor, end unit apartment to avoid noise) and people complaining that the mgmt company did their job and towed their car when it was parked where it didnt belong- a win for residents. I am extremely happy living here and would strongly recommend River Run.

Living in a rental community can be challenging if you want it to be or can be a pleasant experience if you work with the management staff in resolving issues. I've been here going on 3 years now and had experience with both Greystar and Marquette and both management companies overall did a good job. Now, lets look at it in the present with the current management company. The office staff is warm and friendly and the maintenance crew is great and I personally have not had any bad experiences with management or maintenance and my work orders and concerns have been handled in a very professional and timely manner. It's nice to be able to have an adult conversation when concerns do arise and they do listen and have answers and solutions for you. The community has gone through changes in the form of improvements, the workout room was redone as well as the clubhouse and new equipment was brought in, The pool area is nicely landscaped as well as other areas of the property and the addition of a dog park is great for my 4 legged friend. One area where they do an excellent job is in communicating to the residents things happening in the community and give ample notice to pending changes before they are implemented. My time here has been very enjoyable compared to other communities in the area.

I've been a resident for about 4 years now and am very pleased with the management staff on how they run their front office and run the property. The staff puts out a wonderful monthly newsletter which is informational on the many things going on within the property or special events they plan each month. The front office staff led by Paige, Jocelyn and Maura are very professional and have a very pleasant demeanor whenever you speak with them and are very approachable. I would say it is nice when you walk into the clubhouse, and they greet you by name with a smile and ask how your day is going. Maura is one of the new members to the staff and she is usually the one that you see first and the smiling face and greeting she gives just makes your day. A very nice addition to the staff, welcome aboard Maura! And of course, the maintenance staff of Marco, Kyle and Morgan, you always see them on the property doing their tasks making the property look it's best. Anything that requires to be looked at or fixed in my apartment is taken care of in a timely manner and completed properly. Yes, maintenance does an important role and this team here is phenomenal. This is a hidden gem of apartment homes in the Naperville area which won't disappoint.

I'm sorry, but when i read negative reviews about this complex, it's really hard for me to believe it. I think people just not telling the whole truth and making things seems worse than what it is. I lived here for 2 years and I haven't had not one bad experience with the old or new management. I absolutely love this complex. I feel safe, it's very clean and every time i walk into the office they are so warm and welcoming. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but no one is being held hostage..lol.. I have never had a problem with work orders. They get the job done either the day of or the next day. The only thing I don't like is that darn $150 late fee!! Ughh!! But hey! Just don't be late.. lol..

I moved in to River Run in January. The application process was very straightforward and the staff were very helpful and responsive to all of my questions. Since moving in, I have been impressed with how well maintained the property is, and they continue to make improvements. And I appreciate the communications we receive if there is expected maintenance or other information that is important for the residents to receive. Stacy is very pleasant and helpful, and the maintenance team have been very responsive and helpful. I really do enjoy living here!

I have lived at the apartment complex for two years. Even though the distance to stores needs 5-15min driving, the neighbors and office staffs are friendly and the landscape is reasonably well maintained. The swimming pools in the complex and nearby golf courses are plus. The school district 204 has many good schools.

My husband, son, dog and I moved into River Run last fall and really enjoy living here! Our apartment is spacious with lots of storage. All apartments have private entrances and 10 foot ceilings which make the place seem much more spacious. The community is very respectful of their neighbors and there is ample property for our family to go on nice walks and never get in the car! The office and clubhouse is beautiful and the office staff and maintenance crew are extremely helpful and make living here worry free! Stacy and Melissa at the office make us feel like VIPs every time we see them, maintenance responds the same day when issues arise, and we rarely here are neighbors while in our house.
